N.E.N.P.L FINALS NIGHT 2006/7
Updated 22/04/2007

This years finals night was held at the Melbourne Club once again over two nights. The event was a success with all the teams collecting their awards for the hard efforts. Two teams certainly to certainly be highlighted with many successes were Coltishall Railway and Sutton Staithe Hotel. Both teams won Cups and promotion.

You will find more pictures in the Cups, Singles & Doubles Pages.

Orchard Gardens 'B' - Division 1 Winners. Division 2 Winners - Fishing Boat 'A'. Division 3 & Subsidary Cup Winners - Sutton Staithe Hotel. Challenge Cup Winners - Coltishall Railways 'A'. Kings Arms 'A' - Subsidary Cup Runners Up. Wayne Myhill - Singles Tournament Winner. Mark Fielding & John Callow - Doubles Tournament Winners. Richard Knights - League Secretary.
Division 1 this year was won by the Orchard Gardens 'B' comfortably by 11 points in the finish. They will however surely be looking at next season as they will be joined by both the Railway and Fishing Boat, two strong sides with aspirations.
The Division 2 title was collected this season by the Fishing Boat 'A' with Coltishall Railway coming in as Runners Up. They will surely do well next year in Division 1 and will be looking forward to the challenge.
The Division 3 top spot went to Sutton Staithe Hotel wo won the division by a huge 18 frames with a game in hand! They were also the only team to complete the season unbeaten and also collecting the Subsidary Cup after a fantastic match.
This years Challenge Cup was won by Coltishall Railway after a convincing 6 v 2 win over the Fishing Boat. A side with several very promising young players and sure to compete well next year in Division 1.
This years Subsidary Cup was won by Sutton Staithe Hotel. However pictured here the Kings Arms made a fantastic final and were unlucky to lose 6v4 in a match which went right down to the wire. Great match.
Wayne Myhill here collecting the Winners Honour in a competition which he has won in the past. Wayne had several very close matches along the way to this triumph but in the end he was the top dog this year.
Mark Fielding & Jonny Callow pictured here collecting the Winners Hounours during an evening which saw them pick up other honours in both League & Cup events. A super night for the pair and the whole Railway squad as a whole.
Here Richard Knights, League Secretary who deserves a special mention as it is his hard work through the season that has made the whole League and Finals Night possible. A big thank you to him from all the players of the league.
