Welcome!
The Premier League for North East Norfolk was founded in 2009 by probably
the eight strongest teams in the area with a view to progressing North Norfolk
pool and providing a path for younger players to have the opportunity to
progress within the sport. The league also provides a next step for teams from
other leagues within the area to move to should they wish.
Within the first six months the League has become affiliated to the EPA &
Norfolk County, attended Norfolk trials and entertained the Norfolk 'A' &
'B' County teams. Whilst obviously not beating the Norfolk teams, we certainly
were not disgraced and gave a good account of ourselves.
A place in the 2010 Norfolk Inter League has also been obtained and events have occurred far quicker than anyone had hoped or dreamed. We continue to extend our thanks to Mick Perkins, David Thraxton & the rest of the County administration. Also the Norfolk team players at the level of support, competition and assistance they have and are continuing to afford us. Their efforts are noted by everyone within the North East Norfolk Premier League.
